Having trouble with your CPS email account on your iPad? We're here to tell you that you are not alone if you've found that your email is suddenly no longer working. Currently, we are aware of two ways to fix this problem. Here's what to do if this happens to you!
Plan A:
Plan B (Also what to do if you've NEVER installed email on your iPad):
If your email still won't download, come to the Media Center and we can help troubleshoot!
Plan A:
- Open the Settings App
- Open Mail Contacts and Calendars
- Open your student email account
- Make sure your password is on that page. If you have changed your password recently, delete it and enter the new one.
Plan B (Also what to do if you've NEVER installed email on your iPad):
- Open the Self-Service App
- Open the Student E-mail Icon
- Tap Reinstall
- When the reinstall icon stops spinning, open the Mail app.
- When prompted, enter your CPS password (computer password).
- Pull down to refresh and watch emails download. You may have to do this more than once.
